We are proud of our in-store guaranteed lowest pricing. We work hard to make good purchases, take advantage of all discounts and negotiate low shipping rates so we can offer you the best and lowest pricing anywhere.
A few of our manufacturers do not allow their dealers to show prices on the internet. They want you to visit a showroom where you can speak to a knowledgeable specialist. A picture is better than nothing but cannot compare to visiting a showroom where you can actually see, touch and use the product and its associated finishes and upholstery options.

+ SHIPPING POLICY
We ship smaller packages throughout the United States everyday via UPS and Fed-Ex.
We service most of the tri-state area including CT, NY, NJ and PA where we offer professional white glove delivery and installation for our oversized products. Many of our products are large, very heavy and require special handling and installation by trained professional technicians.
Oversized products are shipped daily into our NJ warehouse where they are inspected, deluxed and safely stored. We deliver them to you in our very own trucks and install them in your home using our own highly trained technicians. Guaranteed satisfaction!
In general, we do not like to ship oversized products outside the tri-state area because it can often result in an unsatisfied customer. We pride ourselves with our very own expert delivery and installation teams. Few trucking companies have the expertise to properly handle heavy oversized products. An oversized product shipped via common carrier often arrives with concealed damage. When this happens, the customer unfortunately, is forced to fight with the trucking company to try and resolve the issue. In these situations, we are simply too far away to personally rectify the problem and the customer can be left with a big headache.
We specialize in selling oversized products in the tri-state area where we can personally deliver, install and guarantee your complete satisfaction.
There are always exceptions to the rule... Many of our hand-crafted pool tables are very hard to find and have a world-wide demand. For our most discriminating customers we are happy to deliver and install these high quality tables anywhere in the continental USA.
+ PRODUCTION TIME FRAME
Our stores and warehouses are packed with tons of inventory; both large and small items. We will work hard to meet your delivery requirements. Our motto is “we rarley if ever miss a good party”. Our delivery and installation time varies greatly. Here is our basic rule of thumb:
We ship same day via ups and fed-ex if order is received before 1pm. For oversized items that require professional installation, you should be aware that our installation teams are typically booked out from 4 to 7 working days.
We can acquire most items within 3 to 5 weeks and some items within a few days. Please let us know your time frame and we will go the extra mile for you. Our World’s-Finest pool tables are individually carved, fitted and finished and require 8 to 10 weeks. It also takes 8 weeks for our custom hand-made sofas, recliners and sectionals by Omnia Leather.
+ RETURN POLICY
We offer an easy 30 day return policy on purchases. We will refund your order total, less our costs for shipping and handling each way. Please be mindful of the following details about returns:
For items that shipped free, our shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
An order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped. If you decide to cancel after shipment, our standard return policy applies.
Returned items must be in new conditions and in the original packaging.
Please do not assemble or modify a product before returning it or else we cannot refund your purchase.
If your order arrived damaged or defective, you must refuse shipment and return to sender. Otherwise you will be subject to return policy.
